It’s been a crazy few months. My family was faced with a very sudden and shocking loss in September and now I am just over a week away from marrying my best friend!

I am currently accepting sessions for mid-January and on, so let me know if you would like to schedule something.

This little girl was such a cutie, and so expressive for being ‘almost 2′! She was very quick to show me that I couldn’t fool her Even though it was a scorcher this morning, we managed to beat the heat and get some good stuff.

My friend is getting married in just over 2 weeks, and not only am I in her wedding (yay), she also chose to do an engagement session with me! It was a last minute decision to do this shoot and we were losing light fast, but we got it done. It was a lot of fun to work with you both, and I hope to work with you more in the future!

This was a fun shoot. A good friend of mine is getting married in about two and a half weeks. She wanted to do a tasteful lingerie shoot as a wedding gift to her husband-to-be, so that is what we did. And the photos are back!

With the arrival of nicer weather, my availability opens up a bit, since I have access to outdoor space to shoot. I have an engagement shoot coming up soon, and couldn’t be happier about it.

Helping Haiti

The devastation left by the recent earthquake in Port Au Prince, Haiti has really been weighing heavily on me. With that in mind, now through February 16th, I will be donating 40% of your session fee to Haiti via Mission Change.

I am also collecting items such as blankets, clothing, medical supplies and water purification tablets to send to Bahamas Habitat which is coordinating the private supply donations.

Wow, did the last month fly by. I am sorry that I have been neglecting this, I haven’t had any shoots in over a month, and that limits my ability to post. I am not afraid of the cold, so if you still want an outdoor session this winter, let me know. Remember that I am also available for indoor sessions in any location that is convenient for you.

I brought my husband and kids along for my parents’ shoot with their motorcycles so I could get some shots of them all playing together. We found a field full of leaves and played for over an hour. The sun was dropping quickly, but I think we got some good shots.
